The ST production facility & HQ is in Cerkezkoy, (central) European Turkey. From yarn to packed & ready-for-store product, we are fully vertical. For the technically-minded, here is a run-through of our facilities:

Beaming
We have a 4.2m, 860 creel,  Benninger sectional warper, complete with   microprocessor tensioning, enabling those complex beaming up operations for the Jacquared looms to be fully controlled for time & quality, in-house.

We have 30 jacquard looms, also plains, covering widths from 190 cms  to 390 cms,enabling robust selvedges for the 2 lengthwise sides of our table cloths.

We have Staubli electronic full selection Jacquards Picanol Gamma Optimax rapier looms, & Sulzer projectile looms, 8 colour weft insertion & Hi Drive. Our jacquards range from 5,120 to 12,288 hooks, meaning we can produce any logo or full panel design,practically without size limitation.

Design Studio

Our In-house design studio is equipped with the EAT and
NED GRAPHICS CAD system to produce intricate designs of the finest quality that are required to meet the demands of the global market. Indeed our textile designers have the ability to create the all designs require for customers.

Dying & Finishing

Our finishing facility works with in the range of 50 cm to 320 cm width with continue and discontinue machine infrastructure.

Confection

We produce table cloths, napkins, runners, place mats and bed-side mats with in the demanded sizes. Also due to customer orders we produce 2 or 4 sides stitched,  mittred corner and hem stitched. Moreover, we are producing round table cloths with our experienced employees in the confection.
